Excellent rooms. Great value for money. The bed is very comfortable with 4 good pillows. The bathroom is beautiful with built-in speakers. The bathtub is a lovely experience. The second-floor rooms are open-plan with pool access. The room with breakfast included was excellent. Breakfast is delicious, ordered from the menu. The basil scrambled eggs are delicious. There is a nice bar in front of the hotel for relaxation, and the food is tasty. The hotel location is superb with a pleasant breeze.

Less than a 5-minute walk to Bangla Road and Patong Beach, very convenient to get around. The area has plenty of food stalls, restaurants, bars, massage shops, McDonald’s, and Starbucks. Although it is near the bar street, there is no noise disturbance at all. The 5th floor has a pool and poolside bar for relaxation.

I visited with my family and had a wonderful stay. The room comes with a private pool, so you do not have to share with others and can enjoy private time. The resort restaurants are also good, not overly expensive, with multiple dining options. We also booked a SPA treatment and the experience was excellent. Bicycles are available for free, making it easy to get around — the scenery is beautiful and peaceful. Overall, Banyan Tree Phuket not only provides an exceptional stay but also a rich variety of activities for travelers, whether exploring local culture or enjoying beachside leisure, making your holiday planning perfect.

The Nai Harn

Very family-friendly for those traveling with children. All restaurants have baby highchairs and children’s tableware. Buggies can be called to reach anywhere on the property. All staff are friendly. The food quality at all restaurants is excellent and delicious. However, for shopping, you need to go to Central Phuket, about 45 minutes away. The room humidity is a bit high — the bedsheets appear fresh but feel slightly damp.

Mandarava Resort and Spa, Karon Beach

The room was upgraded with a private jacuzzi. Although it is far from the main building, transportation can be arranged each time you go out, which is reasonably convenient. It is a bit far from Karon Beach — about a 20-minute walk. The hotel provides shuttle service but only until 6 PM, which does not meet the need for returning after dinner. Overall, the stay and service experience was satisfactory, and I would stay again.

Beautiful environment: where the sea meets the sky, truly relaxing. Clean rooms: bedsheets, duvets, and towels smell fresh. Excellent service and prime location. Breakfast offers a wide variety and is delicious. If self-driving, you can park right outside your room without walking up slopes or taking elevators. Dining at Malika restaurant in the evening was wonderful — the scenery is stunning, the waitstaff are very friendly with bright smiles. I really love this hotel.

Stayed one night in a room at the back overlooking the pool — very beautiful and comfortable. There is also a bed by the pool where you can lounge and enjoy the water, but you need to ask staff for permission first. The breakfast has a huge variety, very delicious with high quality, and you can have unlimited refills. We are Muslim, and the kitchen staff are also Muslim, so we could eat most of the food. We also tried the 499 aromatherapy massage, which was well worth it. However, the same group’s Yawarat massage offers much better service and massage.

The hotel provides shuttle service since the property is very large with a beachfront over 100 meters wide. This is a hotel where you can relax all day without needing to go anywhere else.

A beautiful resort with lush greenery blending into nature, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Clean beach with fine sand and crystal-clear water. Well-designed swimming pool with a high edge serving as an infinity pool, plus a jacuzzi. Delicious food, and the breakfast restaurant has an elegant setting with views of lotus ponds and waterfalls. The beachfront rooms also have a wonderful ambiance. We dined at the upstairs Thai restaurant and watched the sunset over the sea — absolutely stunning. The food was delicious too, especially the crispy roast duck curry.
